Thank you for shopping with LuxGloire. We aim to provide high-quality T-shirts, sportswear, and apparel. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Refund & Returns Policy explains your options.


1. Overview

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in the original packaging

We do not accept returns for:

  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Downloadable digital products

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

  • Missing parts not caused by our error
  • Any item returned after 30 days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

4. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.


5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect size (unused and in original condition)

6. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift:
